Stephanus Bayard Genealogy

Stephanus Bayard¹, son of Samuel Bayard and Margarita Van Cortlandt, married March 12, 1725, Alida Vetch, daughter of Col, Samuel Vetch and Margaret Livingston, and had:

•  Nicholas Bayard.

•  Robert Bayard, married Rebecca Althorpe.

•  Margaret Bayard.

Notes:

1. These lines were taken from the History of the Cornell Family, page 381, where the dates of birth, &c., are given, Colonel William Bayard was loyal to the Crown. He died in 1804.
