Lemuel Kollock
Genealogy
Dr. Lemuel Kollock, who went to Georgia, was born in Wrentham.
Mass., October 21, 1766. After studying medicine, he settled in Savannah, Ga.,
and commenced the practice of his profession. He married Maria Campbell,
daughter of Macartan Campbell, a patriot of the Revolution, who married Sarah
Fenwick, daughter of Edward Fenwick, of South Carolina, and Mary Drayton. He was
one of the incorporators of the Georgia Medical Society, founded in 1804, and
its secretary. Dr. Lemuel Kollock and Maria Campbell had the following children:

Phineas Miller Kollock, M. D., married first, Jane P.
Johnston; second, Sarah Hull Campbell. Dr. P. M. Kollock married, first,
Jane P. Johnston, daughter of Col. James Johnston and
Anne Houstoun, and
had:

Edward Campbell Kollock.
Dr. P. M. Kollock, a well known physician of Savannah and
professor in the Savannah Medical College, married second, Sarah Hull, his
cousin, daughter of Edward F. Campbell and Sarah Hull, and had:

second wife (Rev. Edward Neufville married first, Mary, daughter of Hon. Wm,
Bellinger Bulloch), and had:

Commodore Josiah Tatnall, and had Mary Neufville, married William James
Bulloch Adams, and had:

and had Augusta Johnston Kollock. Married second, Susan Marion, youngest
daughter of Col. James Johnston and
