Nathaniel Timothy Cook, b.
March 2, 1884, in Wayne County, Tennessee. She m. November 6, 1902, Elvis Bell,
b. March 27, 1881. They lived for a time in Wayne County and then moved to
Clovis, New Mexico. He d. March 13, 1946. She lives with a daughter, Lilyan, in Clovis.
Children:
309. Kenneth Lorena Bell, b. November 1, 1904, in Wayne County,
Tennessee. She m. March 28, 1931, Don Bell. He is a banker and they live in
Littlefield, Texas. They have a daughter, Paula Elaine, b. November 22, 1937,
who is a graduate of Texas School of Technology in Lubbock.
310. Lilyan
Bell, b. May 4, 1909, in Wayne County, Tennessee. She m. March 18,
1931, Robert Anthony, of Clovis, New Mexico. He served as a pharmacist mate in
the U. S. Navy during World War II and lost his life when his ship, the
Indianapolis, was sunk about July 31, 1945 (New
Mexico World War 2 Casualty List - Navy). For his heroic action in saving
the lives of others he was awarded, posthumously, the Navy and Marine Corps
Medal. She lives in Clovis.
